How do I retrieve a toy car that has been flushed down the toilet?
My son accidentally flushed a toy car, about three and a half inches long and largest Hot Wheels cars in the toilet. I do not want the car back, it's just that we live in an apartment complex and I fear that will cause problems in the pipes. The toilet does not overflow or anything when it happened, and this has been red, but it could still come back to haunt us in the coming day, or should I assume it's OK because the plumbing has not caused any problems yet?
There is no way you can get without removing the toilet. Unless caused no backup in your apartment, you probably have advanced on the line. There is no way of knowing where you are until something makes backups. It could still cause plumbing problems, but probably will show up in someone else's apartment. If you do not clog up the pipes a few days, is gone. If it does, the owner will have to get a plumber. Do not worry. That is what the landowners and plumbers are for. S not likely that the fish are out and the track for you.
