What is safer for driving on the road: an ATV (4-wheeler) or a motorbike?
And which is better for driving…
1. In a city environment?
2. On a highway for long distances?
(I think a 550cc ATV can go up to 120 km per hour, so it can be taken on the highway. but I heard they are better for off-road?)

By ATV I guess you mean what we refer to as a quad. A motorbike is infinitely safer, ATV’s/quads are not designed for on-road work, handle badly on tarmac and are often unstable at speed. All the disadvantages of both cars and bikes, none of the advantages.
