Tricycle Adult
Does anyone make a kit to convert an adult Tricycle Bike gas or electricity? A team of bike work?
I have adult tricycle with front brake and rear basket, single speed, steel frame I bought from the estate of an elderly woman. Your basket is large and the perfect size to carry around my fishing equipment in the river trails. The problem is that his single speed and can not be done on all the hills. I'm looking for a kit to make electricity (preferably) or possibly a gas engine. I've heard that a bike kits will not work and additional parts are required, I do not know what additional parts. Does anyone know of a website or store that sells conversion kits specifically geared to tricycles? I've seen fully converted tricycles for sale, but I can not find the conversion of web games. You can install a "central front" Electric Bike kit very easily on a tricycle. Since the engine is integrated directly into the front, almost no changes are necessary. Simply remove the wheel front, replace the wheel hub motor, run the wiring and installation of the battery / controller. A battery should be very easy to install in the back of a tricycle.
