Where I can get a powerful electric toy from a box of wood and metal rod, which connects to a socket?
When I was a kid, my dad had this toy strange friends. It was a rectangular wooden box, about 8 "x 3" x 3 ". The end was a metal needle running along the device. An electrical plug out the other side. The more they pulled the pin out of the box felt the tension running down her arm, until it was hard to pull it at all.
Demand for the city – no one would market such a thing today. Should have a current limited high voltage transformer inside to start variable to be safe to touch.
