How much should I spend on a first birthday?

We'll have the party at our house. Do you have a relative who can get a bridge free and my grandmother makes cakes so make your cake for free. How much should I spend on invitations, thank yous, favors, decorations, I cook or serve food? I'm looking for a big party, but the budget cost. Any website invites photos or anything else for the birthday? Advice please.
