Can I use sand on the moon in a sandbox?
So my mother just bought my kids a Step 2 of water and sand table. I know how to do the moon and the sand was thinking it would be fun to put sand moon sand on the table, but I wonder if that is desirable because it appears there is the top in this table. OK, I realize I probably just answered my own question but I would like to know if any of you have done this and had to work for you. Thanks in advance for the answers! Well, that is a vote for yes, but Tiffany, what about the tightness factor? Do you really need to keep moonsand tight? When I did earlier, I followed the instructions said to be kept in an airtight container. The thing is that some years ago I was at the Museum of Atlanta Children and have a large section of moon sand is everything in a sand table. Maybe I should call tomorrow and see if they could answer this question lol. If I do to def. post!
That is an awesome idea! I've never actually bought for my children lunar soil (they are still young). I totally would if I were you. I can even do it myself!
