Swing Set Swing

Swing Set Swing
If the tenant of a child is injured on a swing in your backyard is respopnsible? The owner or tenant?

I can rent to a woman who has a daughter and bought a Swing Set and the child plays with it all the time. I fear going to get hurt and I held respobsible since I am the owner. I never said anything to her yet. Should I say something or should I let go?

You may want to ask to be named in your insurance policy. In very minimal you want to carry renter's insurance. You probably is not much contact with their children to be hurt because they bought and installed the game swings. If another child is hurt, could be involved because its pockets are probably deeper. If there is a problem and the tenant does not have coverage, you may be prosecuted. Be sure to bring the height limits and has an umbrella policy of at least $ 1 million more than that.
