Slide Sandbox
The squirrels in my yard are eating my kids’ plastic toys. How can I prevent this?
They are literally gnawing holes in our plastic slide, sandbox, etc.
knife, trap, gun, explosives, gasoline, napalm, lighter fluid, or other flammable substances, sludge hammer, board with nail, other animal to eat the animals, 93XROCKS, threaten to kill their leader, reason with them, freeze them to death, drowned them, Microsoft, move away, sell plastic toys, XBOX 360, use sound to annoy them, PSP, and finally try putting a stop light that stays red at all there entrances and/or exits so they will be stopped by the light.

Looking For Three Slides on a Swing Set? Look at the Blue Ridge Big Skye Playset
One of the play forts is 7 feet tall and has two slides. The first one, is an attached 14 foot long scoop slide. Imagine the fun when the Kids slide down this commercial grade scoop slide. Children will learn to take turns as they wait for turn to ride this crazy slide. This second slide is the twisty tube (known as the radical ride) slide. All three of the slides are green in color making this one great looking swing set. As children play on this Big Sky II make sure they follow simple safety guidelines such as, never do not go down a slide head first. They should resist the temptation to climb or run up the slides as this can be very dangerous. Safe play is best.
Another great feature of the Big Skye II is the quality of the lumber that is used to construct the play structure. It has two types of boards, the first has a green (plastic coated like sleeve) poly coating over pine wood. This is not on the entire swing set but featured on the top beam, part of the A-frame and on a few of the fort support poles. The other lumber used is also pine with a stain which is an amber tint or color. This sealant will need to be re-applied in about a year or so and should be detailed in the owners manual. There are no heavy metals or arsenic, it is environmentally safe, and harmless to animals and Kids. The process is a copolymer polyethylene that has superior Ultraviolet (UV) stabilization properties and will not turn yellow and will not split It won’t chip, crack, peel, or blister in any climate. Another feature I like is the top swing beam is built out of 4″ x 6″ board making this a strong playsets.
The Swing Sets comes with a Glider Swing which is perfectly sized for two toddlers who face back to back on the glider. It is kind of shaped like a horse (not really but the toddlers can pretend it is) and can also be used by one child at a time or by two. As the child gets older and outgrows the glider it can easily be interchanged with other swinging accessories such as a Buoy Ball or a Disc Swing. Gorilla Playsets manufacturers lots of Play Ground accessories that can added on to this swing set at a later date. The Sandbox comes with a cover which is a mesh type material that will help to keep animals out of the sand. The mesh allows for drainage of the water so that it does not sit on top of the cover but drains down.
Whether you hire someone to install the swing set or do it yourself with a friend here is a list of tools you will need when you start to assemble. You will need a standard cordless drill that has a phillips bit with 1/8″, 1/4″, and 7/16″ drill bits. An extension cord (if using standard drill) will be needed, plus a couple of wrench or socket wrenches, w retractable tape measure, strong hammer and a level. Make sure you review the owners manual prior to starting this project, then read it again, as it will outline everything you need to get started including a helper and time line to complete.
