How old is a young child to leave a child seat and put in car seat belt?

My son is 3 years and weighs 31.5 pounds and I want to know how old must be able to put in the car seat without a seat belt.

Facing seats go forward with the advantage when the child reaches the weight limit, or more commonly when the child's shoulders are above the harness slots superior. If the child is 4 Years Old and 40 pounds, then you can move to a booster with the lap shoulder seat belt safety belt. If not, then the child needs a larger FF harnessed seat. There are many seats that make the 55-80 pounds. The Alpha Omega 3-in-1 seats only harness 40 pounds and 40 pounds of weight seats go to the limit before a child is mature enough for a booster seat. A child should ride in a booster with vehicle's lap / Shoulder until he or she is about 4'9 "(around 12) and then can pass only the adult seatbelt if it passes the test 5 steps and the safety belt fits correctly.
