How many parents here have a college fund set up for their kids?
and how old are your kids?
My parents did this for me, and I was fortunate enough to be able to go to a 4 year university and grad school and be able to pay for it all in cash. Because of this I started one for my son when he was about 3 months old and now he’s 17 months and already has a few thousand in it. Everytime someone gives him money it goes into there, I also contribute money every month and when we get our tax return we give him half, so hopefully someday I’ll be able to give him what my parents did for me.
