Why Brazilians overpour shots and sake?

In my experience, when the order because in Brazil, which put the box in a small tray and then pour until love overflows the container and sealed in the pan. I thought this was maybe just a good tradition. But last night we went to a bar who did the same with cachaça. There was even a small dish, specialized glass, and served until it overflowed. Does anyone know why the overpour? Where next? Thanks!

I am Brazilian, and the Brazilians like to drink. But it is everywhere in Brazil that people overpour shots. Excess Sake is a tradition, and Brazil has a long long history with Japan and Japanese culture / influence. Also depends on where you are. If you are from the States Together, trying to get a coffee in Brazil. Even the smallest cup coffee shop in the States is not as small as the Brazilian, but the American is less concentrated. Only a matter of taste and culture.
