What are these eel things i found?
I was looking in the garden and in an old sandpit full of water there was these eel like things. They are like little worms but are brown and swim in water. I liked them so i put 5 in a glass with some sand and water in it. They don’t eat anything and have been in there for a couple of days now. My problem is i have looked all over the internet and cannot find what they are! Please help!

They could be a number of things from eels, to worms, to leeches, to fish, etc….
The first thing that came to my mind is leeches.
