If children ride bikes in my way?
I was pulling my truck for my mail and newspapers. Now that one person thinks it was my way looking to get my mail / newspaer? Not this guy. He purposly rode his bike on my way as I was driving it. What if I get hurt? (If not I'm there) I do not care if they ride on the sidewalk.
I had the same problem with the skate and I'm at the end of a street. I told the children not to play there when I got to do it and I listened. Do not want them there because I will be responsible if you were injured on my property or damage to my property … even if they are trespassing. It is better to be safe.
