Rad Racer for NES, 3-d mode?
Im playing it, was told years ago, the select button does that rainbow look, just put on 3-d glasses and doesn’t help. Is there another reason for that feature?
Ive done it many times on the mode, its fun as hell, 3-d glasses didnt help anyways
It was only for the 3D mode. One of the “gimmicks” of two NES games…the other was “3D Worldrunner” which had the same feature.
If you want to have some fun and up the challenge, use the mode with no glasses. My friends and I called it “drunk driving mode”. (I am not endorsing/making fun of drunk driving, thats just what we called it.)

In order to win the game you must do more than just win a street race. The money you earn racing are more important in deciding the winner of the game and you will lose money if you need to repair your car after every race. Street Racers Syndicate is one of the few online games that actually encourages safe driving.
