Who is responsible if you were to be beaten by a person riding an electric wheelchair?
I have nothing against people on chairs wheel. But sometimes they ride at a high rate of speed in a store. My question is whether a person is running in and wound a man goes fast in wheelchair speed who is responsible? The person in the wheelchair or the store?
If someone hurts you – by car, wheelchair, or fist – which are responsible. Being in a wheelchair is not exactly an excuse of responsibility.
