What Toronto neighborhoods are good to live with children?
I mean safe place, good kindergartens, playgrounds, schools. Indoor and outdoor sport facilities etc. I realize there is no heaven on earth but I’m pretty sure there should be some more children friendly neighborhoods.

Are you looking for somewhere central, or does it matter?
In terms of central Toronto neighbourhoods, pretty much all of North Toronto is incredibly family focused & kid friendly, with excellent schools & fabulous ravine systems & parks & community centres & clubs. It is also really expensive!
The best neighbourhoods for kids in North Toronto:
Davisville Village (school is Maurice Cody)
Leaside (school is Bessborough or Rolph Road)
Lawrence Park south of Lawrence (school is John Ross Robertson)
Lawrence Park north of Lawrence (John Wanless school)
Bedford Park (Bedford Park School)
Allenby (Allenby school)
Not only do each of these areas feature top schools, they all are areas teaming with young families, and have kid friendly shops, restaurants & amenities all within an easy walk.
There is virtually no violent crime in these areas.
