How I can get my kids slippery plastic slide again?
The slide is plastic and takes what is not so slippery and children end up stopping halfway down. Is there something I can use that will make it slippery again? I live in Texas so it has to be something that will stand in the sun and something that will not fall on the children's clothing! Thanks!
If the surface is slippery slide is not too rough, you could try to make sure it is clean of any dirt and dry, then get a spray can of silicone spray in a car shop. There are other places to buy from but you have to ask around. The beauty of this product is that you spray a layer of the slide and dried to a free friction should not stain clothes, washes / off easily and is not toxic to boot. This last point I have added is the case with the foam we bought here in Australia and used to lubricate the machines that process food for its got to be safe. Look for details in the can before you buy if it is different. Good luck.
