Mid Range
is the sempron 3200+ good enough for mid range tasks with a good gpu and a good size of ram?
can the sempron do mid range tasks like burning vidoes, watching hd movies and working on things like marcomedia flash player 8 and CS4 etc, can it give off decent performance compared to other processors like amd 64 x2′s and etc.

it wont perform as well.
to get good performance for all the tasks you listed you should try to get a Dual core processor. a single core will work fine doing these tasks but i would reccomend a dual.
