How do I make a water balloon slingshot launcher?

We built one out of surgical tubing but instead of cloth for the basket we used a funnel to hold the balloon.
Items needed:
2 pieces of surgical tubing each cut about 4 feet long.
2 pieces of PVC pipe about 6-8″ long. (These are for the handles.
1 funnel
Slip the tubing through the PVC pipe. Drill 4 holes into the funnel 2 on each side of the opening. Now take your tubing and slip it through the holes and tie off the tubing.
Have a couple of friends hold the handles and put the water balloon into the funnel. Grasp the neck of the funnel and pull back to launch. From there I think you can figure it out. With a funnel you don’t have the issue of of the pouch squeezing the balloon causing them to bust.
If you can’t find tubing in your area check out eBay that’s where we got ours.
