My Ego Electric Scooter batteries had to be replaced after 300 hrs. It's your ego as unreliable? What happens?
The engine was running well. Then, after about 6 miles on a full charge of the engine at full power and go one stop, and suddenly the background. If I stopped, turned the motor and began again the same thing would happen. The trader said the batteries were shot, so replaced them. I charged the new batteries for two days and showed only eight bars of power. I rode for about 6 blocks and the power was reduced to 4 bar. Then, the power ran out after about 5 miles. I ride the scooter to work about 7.5 miles each way on fairly flat roads. It weighs only 200 pounds. Scooter Is this reliable enough to maintain, or should consider getting a small gas scooter instead?
At first it sounded like bad battery, but the problem persists even with the change of batteries. Sounds as a regulation that problem.I say that if the dealer can not recognize the problem, then it would be better to go with gas.
