- Thirdly it is a lot more helpful to you, if you set yourself BIG goals. Throw those negative and realistic thoughts out of your head and dream. do not be scared to set yourself big goals. You may not achieve all of your goals, but they will certainly give you bucket loads of motivation.

How I can keep water from freezing in my pool during the winter? I think I need to keep the pump running but the water flowing through the hose could freeze, I think. Can anyone give me information on how to keep my pool for winter. It's one of those vinyl pools Intek metal frame.
I do not recommend that full of water all winter …. We drain of us and keep the frame up … never had a problem
