Disc Driver
My printer does not recognize the driver disk that came with it, or any driver that I downloaded.?
How I can make my printer HP Photosmart 3100 to work? I had to uninstall to de-bug my laptop but now I can not recognize the driver disk or the drivers I downloaded from the Internet. My System OS is Windows Vista Home Premium.
What operating system are you using? Ahh! I had this problem with HP3180 – HP find the folder on drive C – proceed to its destruction – then go to Add / Remove Programs and remove the HP software installed – When you restart and install the software – then connect the printer. I had to do this after an upgrade from HP
