fear of buoys [phobia, actually]?

i have had a phobia for as long as i can remember.
i also have a fear of suction cups [filters]at the bottom of pools.

i have gone so far as not trusting my dad to drive the boat away from bouys……….i have kneeboarded,swam, and tubed so im not scared of the water or fish or anything but when i see a bouy within 100ft i have a mild panic attack[which i can hide from most ppl laughing at me] but if i am in the water,a boat,a tube,etc. and we are within 30ft i ball my eyes out, hyper ventalate or stop breathing and have multiple panic attacks.
i may not be able to get over this fear but i atleast want to know more about it or the name.

i know the feeling, i scuba dive and when i see something large in the water i get a little anxious. do you think of being trapped underneath the buoy? i am sort of scared of going under things when im diving.

i tried looking for the name, but i dont think they have named it yet…
