Bubble Spray Pool
Can anyone help us with an ongoing problem we have with a fiberglass pool?
We had a 11Mtr Sovereign of fiberglass over the pool installed 10 years ago and have no end of trouble since then. First they had to do repairs before setting up as the pool was damaged in transit. Since then the company has not stopped returning to repair bubbles everywhere comimg pool and said it was caused by the block layer of gel that is sprayed in the pool, while there were patches of mist or water and air caused the gel layer. In proberbly 5 occations they have returned and drain ground pool and again pieces and Regello. This was done under warranty. Now they have said that the pool is old and if removed to make the new packages will have to pay for them to do it and also pay Refil for water. The last repair now has round rings and mold on the outside of the repairs (about 100 of them). We think it is a constant problem that compensation should be no cost to us. Are we in our right or we simply have to lump it. Has anyone else had this problem?
Now is the time to consider two options: Sue got a new Swimming Pool in New Consider that if you file a lawsuit, you may not win and is back to square one plus the cost of demand. Note that if you bring the example, the elapsed time during the proceedings can streach for months and months. Meanwhile, you still are caring for a pool that is deteriorating and probably at a rate of Excellerate no longer necessary repair and in the end, if you win, what you win? A new swimming pool (which is what would make a demand) of the same company (whoa – you just been through it). I suggest this. Talk to a lawyer – what their chances of winning and getting back to embursed for the cost of the group moments Recoop the cost of that group, so you can replace DIFFERENT FROM THE COMPANY? Ask the lawyer of complying with them. He tells them what will happen if you go ahead with the lawsuit. Maybe they choose to negotiate. What will they offer? A new swimming pool? Then repairs to worn date? An attempt to repair a pool that may not be repairable? (I think that's the case – pool cann't be repaired, and they know that at this point.) That's a point in their favor in negotiations with them. Listen to what they will do and weight that against what has been happening and what are the guarantees that the existing group finnaly be repaired? Maybe just maybe, we will be happy to stop being suied and be happy to be free of the problem — and will pay an amount a flat rate. The sum may represent the original cost of the pool (and that's what I want) or less – but more would be unrealistic. hope for that. Then take that $ $ (Hopefully the original cost pool) and get a new pool. A new set will cost more now, but there are special spring (careful – they may not be the top-line package). The hole is already dug. That is an advantage. The pool of age must leave. I think the probability that the ground beneath your current pool is saturated with water, to be addressed before a new pool going in. elimination of the pool is a cost (but not as much as the new excavation). Fixing sub layment is a cost (but not as much as the new excavation) And if there is testiment to the factors to address the problems of the present pool. Nice to know and if so, document that for a professional photographer expertise. It just might be you could return people to the original pool and say, "I told you. We want you pays for the former swimming pool removal and repair of the floor. "You may go for it. But his lawyer will have to prepare the way for this return before accepting any money in a settlement. This could also be more influence on them to get an agreement before removing the old pool. At this point it is not known if the soil is subpool wet, so use this as a lever. ANYWAY happening. . . It ends with a new swimming pool, new filtration system (or perhaps to keep the old system —- But it is an old system), and any of the things you've thought about adding or changing – you've thought about having the terrace of the pool is, different original largest swimming pool, smaller form, amenities, color, surface treatment, chlorine, which the system is not available now, bla – bla – bla – etc etc. The current pool situation may be the best thing to happen. If being an interesting summer for you all, Cheers.

- Make sure you do not pay for the entire job up front. I bought a house in the north three years ago and the guy who was moving my furniture down the road told me that he was a builder, so they agreed that it could help me with my plans for DIY. My big mistake was to rely on the pull. He quoted me about $ 6000, which like a fool I paid on the spot. All I had to do was put in a wall of three existing and put in a divider wall. To cut the story, he was shot after four days, as the wall was to enclose the room not to touch the floor! Tools had charged my account, I started off in materials and paid some local suppliers.
