Bounce House Rentals – Sales & Marketing Part 1
Bounce House Business
Sales and Marketing Part 1
Renting bouncing castles is the easiest sale you will ever make, the units will pretty much rent themselves out every weekend. This product is not like selling life insurance or used cars, you simply have to blow up one of your units and in no time a crowd of children will gather. Part of my sales strategy is to make sure that I always invest in “Wow Units”.
A Wow Unit is a unit that in so unique that once inflated it captivates the kids. Wow Units chase in the business for you at each party because your customer is constantly answering the question “where did you rent that castle?”
The first part of my sales and marketing campaign is to sell your Brand within your zip code. You should own you zip code first, because within your zip code exist enough children to book you out for the rest of the year. My sales philosophy is so simple that I can loan it to you, but its only a loan.
“Every child has a birthday coming up, even if you just missed it, IT’S COMING UP AGAIN”.
This is where branding comes into play, your logo and brand should saturate your zip code. Have you noticed how much emphases I place on marketing to Your Own zip code first? The reason this strategy is so successful is simple but quit clever, cost and efficiency. If you have dominated your zip code then all of you deliveries are close to your home office, which reduce travel time. The other reason this strategy is so successful is that people know people, therefore your name is spreading through out your town.
To dominate your zip does not mean that you have to declare war on you competitor, this tactic it totally unnecessary. There are enough birthday parties to go around, and besides you competitor doesn’t stand a chance within your own circle. Concentrate your marketing efforts on attracting people to your business based on the quality of your equipment, and there will be no competition.
You want to be known as the person to see for all outdoor event planning. Everyone should know that you rent bouncers, water slides, popcorn machines, inflatable tents, and tables and chairs. So before you set out to conquer the world, dominate you town first.

Is it legal for a head waiter / bouncer to the demand for money as waitresses at the end of your shift?
I work in a small private bar with a very small staff. Recently, there was a change with the waitress to be fired and the head bouncer who became floor manager and waitress. All you have to do is write a very basic program for four people and ensure that we have completed our work at the end of the night. Now he is demanding that every waitress to give a fee "manager" five dollars each. Is this legal? The points on average per waitress even weekends are generally not more than $ 75. And the "manager" no helps wait tables, clean, or any other functions waitress job so I do not think the tip pooling applies in this situation. "I can legally hold them accountable for this?
I do not know if it is legal. I like going to a stationery store and buy a pad of cash inflows. At the end of the shift, when you give $ 5 to make him sign a receipt for your taxes. That is legal and a requirement for you to declare your income correctly. He can not legally refuse to give you a receipt. That makes him liable for income taxes, not you. Bet you did not want to do that and you can not take the money.
