Blower House
I have a forced hot oven in my house. How much does it cost to have replaced the blower motor?
This morning I turned on my oven to make sure was fine. What it took the heat, but not blowing out. As I said everything else works. The oven lights and all that just do not turn off the heat. I know costs vary across the country. So if it helps me to live in Illinois between Moline and Peoria. Can anyone tell me how much a new fan is going to cost me?

Zero leakage Blowers and fans
Northern Industrial Co. develops various types and sizes of gas-tight and zero leakage fans and blowers for containment of hazardous organic and inorganic compounds in industrial process plants and other critical applications. Special construction and shaft sealing devices are available for blower service requiring zero or minimal gas leakage into and out of the housing.
Northern Industrial Co. has plenty of experience together or with gas-tight and zero leakage multistage building fans and blowers, including: the axis of the lips, Buna-N, Viton and Teflon seals, mechanical shaft seals, special fan housing gasketings seals, single and double carbon ring, hermetically sealed blowers; stamps and magnetofluidic ferrofluidic, boxes and bags filled with fluid barrier and seals purgeable.
The code welding and special features fan design are also used – to ensure the integrity of gas-proof complete.

Some materials and special alloys are frequently used in gas tight fans, especially for service in hazardous, abrasive, corrosive and high temperature environments, include:
Corten, ASTM A36 carbon steel, Hastelloy, Inconel, stainless steels of different types, Titanium, Monel, aluminum, Teflon, rubber lining. These materials are typical for industrial applications requiring high strength alloys and super alloys too.

I order to achieve a proper seal, mechanical shaft seal should be purged. The recommended purge pressure is 2 to 5 psi above the pressure of process gas.
Lip seals are equipped with two seal elements, each with a stainless steel spring to maintain contact with the surface. The seal assembly is lubricated with "" Never Seez. Mechanical seals are double or triple carbon seal ring mounted on a steel box carbon. The seal housing is furnished with two purge ports.
To ensure the fan closure, Soap Bubbles or chalk / Kerosene tesing of all fan is done. This ensures that it has continuously welded seams completely sealed housing (waterproof).
