PC help please! I need it urgently!?

Ok, so I reinstall my Windows XP Home Edition, but I have no sound! When I go to Control Panel i click sound, it says no sound installed. And I can not remember where I put my CD sound. But I think my sound card Creative Sound Blaster 24-bit is! Y when I go to Device Manager in Control Panel, I only see a device with a large yellow mark in front of him saying :'''' Multimedia Audio Controller, do not think this driver is installed. And I need help installing this driver. I went to HP site and install the AC'97 audio driver. But it helps me! My computer is HP Pavilion 414.no! I even tried installing 24-bit Sound Blaster! But that did'nt solve my problem either! My team has been so for a week! HELP PLEASE ME To resolve this problema''MULTIMEDIA''AUDIO CONTROLLER! ASAP °! Thanks!
